Where do you ship from and how long does it take for delivery?
I use different professional manufacturers in Canada, USA and Hong-Kong. The origin of the item is written in the description of each item. Production time is from 2 to 6 business days before shipping, depending of the item. Delivery time depends of the origin of the item and the final destination. From Canada to USA: about 5 to 10 business days. From USA to USA: about 3 to 12 business days depending of the service. From Hong-Kong to USA: about 10 to 15 business days. For deliveries to other countries than USA (from all origins): about 15 to 20 business days depending of the final destination.

Do you combine shipping fees for multiple purchases?
I combine shipping costs if the items you buy are made from the same manufacturer but since I use different manufacturers on the site, I must charge standard shipping costs for each item. In any case, please make your payment in full and if you have overpaid in shipping costs, I will issue partial refund of any excess amount you have paid for shipping. Please contact me prior ordering if you have any questions.

Do you offer returns?
All my products are made to order and I do not carry any inventory. Therefore, I do offer returns but please note that I must charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the item price. The original shipping costs and the shipping costs for the item returned to me are not refundable. The item must be returned prepaid by you. The address for the return is in Canada. Please contact me if you wish to return an item.

I received my item broken / defective, do you offer replacement / refund?
If an item has been damaged in transit or has a significant defect, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please check your item as soon as it arrives. I will ask you to provide clear pictures of the damage or defect. Upon evaluating the damage, I will gladly send you a replacement or refund depending of the situation and the manufacturer's policies, worked out on a case by case.

I made a mistake and gave you a wrong address when ordering.
I am sorry. Packages, delivered to incorrect/ incomplete and/or old address, will not be refunded. It is a buyer's responsibility to verify and provide the correct address during the check out. You will need to check at this wrong address to get your package, I can't do anything about it, sorry.

I need to cancel my order.
If you want to cancel an order, I can do it only 2 hours or less after the time of your order. Once the item is in the production process at my manufacturer's facility, I cannot cancel or refund your order.

The colors on the item is slightly different from the picture shown in your shop.
Computers and devices show colors in different tones due to different settings. I do my best to show the colors as they show on the actual product but the colors may slightly vary from the pictures on your screen due to your monitor settings and also depending of the material used on the item.

Can I use your design image?
When purchasing an item, the copyright of the image is not transferred to you. All my images and designs are copyright © Lucie Dumas and any use of my designs without my permission is prohibited.
